Most other lawyers turned me down because I was in an accident with very little personal injury. Dealing with the insurance company was unpleasant and not something I particularly wanted to do. Thomas took on my case knowing that there would be little payout, but did the best for both of us. He increased my payout by 25% over what I could get out of the insurance, which was slightly better than I had hoped, due to the nature of my case. Even with the small nature of my case Thomas treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable about the process. He worked through everything and was able to get us a settlement in a reasonable amount of time. Although his main office is out of Augusta, Thomas made sure that we could meet here in Athens and has a small extension office here now as well.
