My family has known Matt Padgett for many years. He is an intelligent, professional, courteous and conscientious gentleman. Recently Matt assisted an elderly friend of ours with some legal matters with compassion, understanding and care. He answered all questions and took care of our friend in a thoughtful and thorough manner. We are grateful for Matt's experience and knowledge and will continue to seek his services in the future.

My clients and I closed our listing recently at this locally owned lawyers office. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately and offered snacks, coffee or water while we waited.
The atmosphere was calm, open aired due to all the windows, welcoming, elegant and spacious.
Once we were seated at the table to begin signing of the paperwork to close on my clients listing, things went smoothly. The lawyer was brief but also informative if any of the clients had questions.

In June sold my home, this was the Law firm doing my closing, I can say it was amazing from the very beginning. Communication was perfect, all online with documentation. The in person experience was great too, personable, professional and easy. Would definitely recommend!!!
