Never dealt with such a disrespectful or incompetent group of "professionals". From an Assistant unable to assist with basic tasks, an Attorney that doesn't know relevant facts or laws, wrong paperwork at the closing, to being nickel and dimed for everything, I urge anyone reading this to use ANYONE else in the CSRA for your real estate needs.

Wonderful closing experience from entering the building to the wonderful clerk at the front and leaving from signing papers with the close out team. Process was pleasant. Thank you.

As the result of Mr Klosinski professional response to my concerns, I am revising my review. He seems committed to addressing the problems i experience. I would give Klosinski Overstreet, LLP another shot at at my business, and I see no problems at this point in recommending them to others

I was not overly impressed. Pre closing was not coordinated. They use a web system called qualia. It is a very helpful to tool, but not so if it's underutilized. It just seems that for my closing that the staff did not talk to each other. Closing took 2 hours when I've never sat through a closing that lasted more than an hour. There was even made mention to the buyer, "so you're buying at the top of the market." Who says that the someone who is excited about purchasing a home? I was floored

Klosinski Overstreet is the best law firm in town. The attorneys are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They will make you feel like family and tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Great company and great people. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. It’s like pulling teeth to get a return call. Katelyn cannot be depended upon to keep her word but given my entire experience with this firm, I’m not surprised. I have dealt with many firms over the years and can attest that they will roll out the red carpet for whom they choose. I choose not to spend my money where simple courtesies are not extended. I don’t recommend.
