Jason wolf and his staff are great when it comes to starting the process and getting you the help that you need. However, once everything is completed and all documentation is given to the attorney, the team just seems like they lose interest. Everything has been sent to the insurance adjustor almost more than 2 months ago but doesn't seem like the team does anything to follow up. We are still waiting to hear anything but I've heard from multiple people that waiting almost 2 months to hear from an insurance adjuster is quite out of the norm. Communication is VERY inconsistent and you could go for months without hearing anything from the team.

Sorry, I didnt even want to give a star. But my mother was in a bad car accident and the other man was charged and she hired this company. They didn't gather her medical records or anything, SHE DID. They also do not stay in contact with her since Feb 20 2021. You cannot get anyone to return her phone calls, or there is always some excuse as to why they haven't called back. She has emailed, and called and still no response. Medicaid is trying to get money from her for the bills they paid, and she has not even received a settlement and they are demanding there money. If there had been a settlement shouldn't she have known or been apart of it? But again no one has told her anything from this place. Shouldn't her attorney, Christopher Warren, have stayed in contact with her and keeping her updated on the case beings he cannot return any phone calls? I mean what do you get paid for? She did not cause this horrible accident and now she is STILL suffering with pain and disfigurement because of some impatient driver. Her name is Debra Vickers and I think you owe her an explanation. My review will stay up here. The longer she has to wait to receive a call or any information regarding her case, the more updates on this review I will type out. Lets make this right.

First I would like to give a shout to Jason Wolf and Victoria Corpuz for representing me after my car accident and answering any questions I had at anytime and not getting upset when I asked the same question multiple time and always keeping me informed and updated on thing I would recommend them to anyone because they truly kept my needs and priorities first and helped me out a lot and I thank y’all again because I would of been lost by my self.
