The Smith Group is a very professional business. I had the pleasure of using them in gaining custody of my child. They helped reunite us during a very difficult time. The staff there are really great at helping and making sure your needs are met. They are all very friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door making you feel like you are in the right place. Maggie is a great lawyer, she was very attentive to our problems, gave great advice to help along the way, and worked very hard on my custody case. I would highly recommend The Smith Group for your legal needs. Maggie & Greg are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Maggie drafted some legal documents for me and the process was quick yet thorough. She made sure to break each paragraph down and discussed why she worded certain paragraphs a specific way and walked me through the different scenarios, I really appreciated that because it helped me understand it and be more confident about my documents.

Being a first time homebuyer, I was inexperienced and unfamiliar with the process. The Conger and Smith team were so kind, but professional in navigating and educating me on the steps along the way, always making sure I understood.
