Mr. Nagel has been an awesome attorney to handle our case. He was prompt and did everything he advised he was going to do. He was able to address our case within a month of hiring him...! Very pleased experience. His staff Christie and Ashley are great as well. They are responsive to all calls and emails! Mr. Nagel and his staff will definitely be recommended.

I hired Adam for my divorce case and my exhusband had what is known for "the best" attorney around. I was skeptical I would come out okay but my options for limited. Adam did not disappoint. He knows the law and goes by the book. I could not be happier with how my case turned out and I will use him again if ever needed. I appreciate his hard work on my case and I am happy.

Hiring Adam was the One of the Smartest moves I've ever made. He handled Gage's case with such Professionalism, Respect & Courtesy. I know that I "bugged & aggravated" Tammy (in the front office) terribly but she never wavered and always addressed any/all concerns or questions that I had. The main thing that really impressed me was that Gage nor I was ever "talked down to" as most attorneys tend to do. We were always treated with the utmost respect. Gage has difficulty understanding a lot of things said to him due to his comprehension & cognitive issues but Adam always tried to explain in detail & on Gage's level if there was something that he didn't understand. i hired adam for a divorce case. my wife left me moved to another state and was sleeping with an much older man with my daughter with her. he took my case saying I had her for abandonment, adultery, and theft. after a long drawn out case she won. he did not put up much of a fight. she took everything from me and I have to pay her for a very long time to come. adam sat in on a conference call with 3 other lawyers on child custudy and agreed to all terms even signed papers. he would not enforce the agreement. very poor on returning calls and emails. the worst mistake I made was keeping him as me lawyer. he is only after the money from clients during case. I will never recommend him or his firm to anyone. he told me I make to much money and she is owed it because of my child. I had text and emails from her he offered nothing. told me I was blowing it up bigger than it was.

Mr. Nagle never returned calls, gave bad advice, Attempted to brow beat and coerce us into giving up the child, by stating that "we didn't have a case". We had the child for numerous years. Mr. Nagle did not inform us of court dates nor times until a day ahead. Mr.Nagle did not subpoena witnesses. We used this attorney for a very short period of time, and he did NOTHING!

My family needed a lawyer to help us with an estate matter. Mr. Nagel was very candid and honest about what our available routes were. He advised us which route was our best course of action. His services enabled us to proceed in a quick and effective manner and to our benefit. He might be new to the scene, but given time and continued service in this direction--he will be a force to be reckoned with.
