Attorney Bernard Kennedy personally handled my case. When I called his office, I spoke to him not a paralegal. I was being harassed by a debt collector. He stopped the collector from contacting me in the future and settled my case within 2 months of filing. I received statutory damages of $1,000 under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
