Excellent customer service. This is a top notch law firm. I have closed 2 personal deals with them and am confident with their expertise.

After working with this firm for several months, definitely not a quick closing by any means, we received our settlement statement less than 8 business hours from our closing appointment. With this information being so last minute we had to stress and scramble to figure out some of the unknown costs. Ultimately, this will cost us several thousand dollars of unbudgeted expenses that could have been avoided had they sent us the settlement statement even 1 day earlier. When I asked the closing attorney at the closing table if this was standard practice he shrugged and said 'yea, pretty normal'. I explained the pricey, negative impact this had on us and he nonchalantly moved on. I would have probably given only 1 star but they do have some really nice pens.
