We retained Jeff for a very small issue. Even though we were a small client, he handled our matter as if we were worth a $1 million fee. He was professional, very effective and exceedingly personable/compassionate. Great to work with and I highly recommend.

Jeff represented me in a case regarding alleged violation of a settlement agreement. Details of the case were technical and I was concerned that even my lawyer would not understand the minor points. I was wrong. Jeff took the time to completely familiarize himself with the details of the case and then had me come in an answer questions he had to make sure he understood the issues. When we got to court, he was able to immediately defend me when the opposition made allegations that were not quite true. Jeff had the prior experience to know how the case would likely play out. I was an expert witness as well as defendant. The opposition had an expert witness who had financial ties to them. Jeff anticipated this and helped me arrange for another expert witness to support my argument. As it turned out, that additional expert witness was very persuasive and certainly helped sway the argument to our side. I have had legal representation in the past that showed up in court unprepared and I was concerned about this before working with Jeff. Definitely not an issue. Jeff was fully prepared and I felt that I could not have had better legal representation.
