Honest review. Mr.Welch and I did not see eye to eye, not even the slightest !!! I mean when I say this gentleman gets involved I mean it . How mine and his conversation would go ??? Pretty much a screaming match . Believe it or not that’s involvement because at the end of the day he will still be by your side . That is absolutely gold to have as a attorney in SouthEast GA . He is also a gangster in the court room. No doubt, by far the best attorney. I highly recommend before hiring any attorney do your research. Trust me when I say this Most people in my shoes would be giving a one star just because , But just because is not enough of a reason for me . YOU will not find a better attorney and that’s why I’m giving a 5 star . Mr. Welch knows his s?$&

I first called R Flay Cabiness II PC because i was drowning with bills and couldn't get ahead. I picked this firm over all the other firms in the area because their reputation is awesome. What I liked most about R Flay Cabiness II PC was they simplified things so i could understand it all properly. In the end, i filed chapter 13 because it's what was best for me.

I mostly met /spoke with Autumn, and she was amazing. Very attentive, and professional. I emailed her late on a weekend and got an instant response when I didnt expect a response until Monday. She was great, and very friendly. The few times I met with Nina (sorry if I butchered your name) she was amazing too! Very sweet and professional to. 10/10 would recommend this firm to others. Especially if you want kind, caring, and understanding people to represent you.
