Highly would not recommend! Poor correspondence prior to my case being being heard. Then had to practically beg Mr. Ashmore to present my case in front of the judge due to him not wanting to present my case/settle with the opposing attorney. Provided poor representation in court. Fast forward to about 2 months after my court case and Mr Ashmore being relieved of his services, he still hasn’t refunded me the remainder of my unused retainer. Thinking of filling a formal complaint. Take my advice and look elsewhere if seeking legal counsel.

My spouse and I were rear-ended August 2018 and our case finally settled this year (the pandemic slowed down process a great deal). After going to the hospital we immediately called Morgan & Morgan for legal advice and it was the best decision we made! Choosing to seek help instead of just handling things ourselves was 100% the right action to take because what the insurer for the other side was offering originally would have left us hurt in every aspect and we wouldn't have known what to do. After a few adjustments, Patrick Powell became our lawyer. He treated my husband and myself with respect, REALLY listened to us when we had concerns or needed clarification. He was patient and direct, walking us through each part of this process from the beginning to the end. Thanks to him and his team we were able to receive everything we were owed and a bit left over to give us peace of mind in case continued care is needed down the line (I got hurt but my husband was REALLY hurt when we got hit.) We are very grateful to them and would recommend them, specifically our attorney Patrick Powell, to anyone in a personal injury situation.
