My husband was injured on the job after 15 years of employment, originally hired with a pre-existing medical condition, requiring special conditions limiting his capability to perform certain types of physical labor. The privately owned company decided they would no longer stand behind their original employment agreement, forcing my husband into many hurtful situations, the last of which caused him to be unable to work.
