I was facing one of the most difficult challenges of my life and I cannot be thankful enough for having chosen Mr. McManus as representation for my case. I was referred to him by another lawyer due to the complexity of my case. During our initial meeting he went over his process and the way he conducts business, what he expects from his clients, and what I should expect from him and his staff. He was honest and told me about the difficulty I had moving forward and possible outcomes. He was easy to communicate with and replied quickly with the answers he had. He is honest and upfront if he says something you don't agree with, listen because he has the experience. As my case progressed it became even more complex he was right there with our next course of action and never missed a beat. Had I chosen other council I have no doubt that my outcome would have been different.

I sought out Mr. McManus because of his interaction with a friend of mine. I had a unique case and he was the first person I found that understood my situation and was able to help. He did not just do what I wanted, but asked questions and ensured I knew different possible outcomes of my situation based on my decisions. He is still willing to guide me even after a judgement has been ordered. As I said my case was a bit different and a simple answer or straight forward guidance was and is not available. Not even the child enforcement division will help me although I have a signed court order, all because my child who is completely disabled is 21.

Dealing with this gentleman was a pleasure. very clear and directed without the sometimes, as is often typical in the business, coldness or lack of transparency of other lawyers I have dealt with in the past. A wonderful experience.

Knowledgeable, affordable, caring. Always responds back to you promptly. Explains in detail what to expect. Straightforward and doesn't rush you. Listens! Won our change of custody when others we sought out didn't think we would.

Mr. McManus was hired to work my divorce case on January 02, 2018 by January 12, 2018, just 10 days later I realized he was not a good fit for me. During our third phone conversation Mr. Mcmanus criticized and questioned my son's school, asked me "are you even educated?", and used his ex wife as a comparison model to me when discussing possible outcomes. From the reviews it appears Mr. Mcmanus does well with child custody cases, I'm not sure he's as exexperienced in expensive divorces which have a lot of components involved. Be mindful of professionalism and character before hiring!

Disappointed

Mark was exceptional!! He kept me informed and answered any questions I had. He gave me a good explanation of what to expect. He was extremely well prepared in court. He fought hard for my kids and I in court. I can't say enough about how glad I am that he was on my team.

Mr. Mark is an awesome lawyer! He is an honest man and always fights for what's right. From experience he WILL fight for you and your child! I would highly recommend him to anyone battling in custody rights and needing a saving grace. He works hard and doesn't give up. If ever needed again, he will be who I use, hands down! Don't think twice, he is the one you will want to have by your side! You won't regret it for at all.

Mr. McManus is a great lawyer. He is really reliable and very easy to get a hold of. Mark walk me through my entire process of child custody and divorce and always made me sure I was ok with all he was doing. Mark was very prepared every time we went in court. Good lawyer fast response friendly and gets the job done

Mark McManus is a very good divorce lawyer. Mark was straightforward with me about my divorce. He gave me concise details on what I needed to do so he can proceed with my case.
