Three years ago my wife and I hired Killian & Boyd to represent us in our lawsuit against the man that rear-ended us. We sat down with both Roy Boyd and his associate Autumn and told them our story. In a nutshell, we were rear-ended by this guy on our way home from my newborn son's 3 week check up. The accident was horrible and medically damaging to all of us, including my new baby. Our injuries included my wife needing serious back surgery, my son having severe internal bruising and myself needing shoulder surgery. Roy took our case immediately. His first concern was for the welfare of my family. He made sure we were being seen by appropriate doctors and getting the necessary treatment we needed to heal. The entire process took 3 years, almost 4 and I will say I was impressed with how hard Roy's team worked to fight on our behalf. Even though the process seemed to take forever, we never felt like we were ignored. Autumn was always available to take our calls, give us updates and answer all our millions of questions as we navigated through the process to reaching a settlement with the insurance companies. Overall, I would highly recommend Killian & Boyd. The atmosphere is very friendly. The entire firm really cares about their clients and is willing to fight hard for their clients.
