The Ligeon Firm assisted in the closing of the sale of our house. We had to wait almost 40 minutes past the appointment time due to another matter they were dealing with. Besides that everything went smoothly. Good communication throughout. Cassie was so great at answering my questions and emails. Melinda I think was who assisted in the actual closing. She explained everything well. All in all a good experience.

App will not allow zero stars. Closing on the sale of my house was plagued by problem after problem because of attorney's staff. Closing delayed because of misinformation. Very frustrating experience all around.
