We were referred to Mr. Jay by a family member and scheduled an appointment for our family to update wills, do medical directives and power of attorney. After meeting with Mr. Jay my family was told they would be contacted in one week to review paperwork and get final signatures. We were never contacted and have never been called back after making several calls to check on the status of our paperwork. We originally met with them in March and now in July we are at square one. Very unhappy with this office!!!!
