I hired them to do a closing on a property, I was barely able to get someone on the phone and she sounded very unprofessional like she didn’t want to be on the phone. After several emails asking them to give me call, she responded that she is busy and email instead. Everyone is busy you have to find time. I would Never work with them again.

I called and left them a voicemail regarding a potential case again Progress Residential. I never received a call back. I would not recommend base on my experience with Haley & Haley.

They are not on top of things. Not diligent at all. Even their updates are bad. When I call, they say sorry we got confused. Hope they fix it.
