I have known Walter for twenty years. He has helped me through several situations in my past that needed the utmost amount of finesse. Whenever I need to get in touch with him he always made time for me. I have had dealings with other lawyers and none have ever showed the professionalism or attention to detail that he has. My friends and family have all, in turn, used him for this reason. Walter has never made me feel like I was alone. There has never been a question too dumb. He is down to Earth and just wants to help. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to be heard and get the help they deserve.

I would highly recommend Walter. He is a very nice guy, straight forward, no sugar coating which is definitely appreciated because you know exactly what to expect. He was my husband’s public defender and I was a little worried before speaking with him but after I hung up the phone my worries were put to rest. He explained everything to me and, when I had questions he did not hesitate to answer them. The process pretty much went exactly how he said it would. Mr. Lutes is simply an incredible criminal lawyer. He and his staff addressed all of our concerns and explained the legal process my son was facing in depth.
