From the very first call, speaking with the Office Manager, Mrs, Ramsey was a delight and put me at ease and made me feel reassured even though we had a critical family situation. Mrs. Ramsey was considerate and worked diligently to get us an appointment ASAP - within a few hours. Once at the office Courtney Carpenter, Esq listened, explained our options in simple understandable terms, listened some more and then explained the best option. Once we decided what to do she expedited the paperwork, gave us our documentation and we were on our way feeling much better with peace of mind. This is just the beginning but we anticipate that this level of professionalism will continue through this ordeal.

This group is fantastic. Especially Zachary Smith. Because of his time as a prosecutor, he is so skilled at dealing with the courts. He pays attention to the smallest details. In life decisions can make a life time difference; to take Daran as my attorney was one of the best decisions In my life. Today on my jury trial Daran did a master opening arguments; smashed and destroyed the arguments of the prosecution and closed with another impressive closing arguments. Thank you Mr Daran Burns and all the people from Burns law group that made this possible! WE WON!!!

Burns Law Group handled my sons' case exceptionally well. Unfortunately, I went through two other lawyers before hiring them. Daran and Lorinda were quite attentive, responsive, available, punctual, professional, and helpful. During a time when Covid created many challenges for getting into a courtroom, they always made every type of effort they possibly could. In dealing with the harsh and nasty-talking opposing counsel, Daran and Lorinda kept their cool and maintained diplomacy. They met with, advised, and encouraged my boys about the whole process. They have excessive experience and they won't let you be bullied or intimidated by the opposing counsel. Hopefully, I won't need a lawyer again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling!

Madeline and Zack were amazing, very professional, understanding, patient and kind while dealing with the death of my loved one. I would highly recommend them for any of their legal services.
