This is the most amazing Lawfirm. Everyone there really helps you feel like they have your back and treat you like you are family and go above and beyond! Daran, Madeline, Laura, Sharee, Lorinda, and all the office staff thank you all so much for the work you do everyday and thank you all for being in my corner and having my back. You guys do amazing things for the clients you serve and I am eternally grateful for all of you.

My initial conversation with Laura was positive. She and her paralegal Madeline were professional. Communication was lacking at a critical point in my case and after several requests for an update. Enter the firm’s manager who told me our agreement was complete and I was no longer represented. When asked about inconsistencies in the agreement and why I was not told in advance of the completion of the agreement, the firm’s manager informed me of an oversight she drafted into the original agreement, the need for a non-refundable fee and a replacement agreement to continue with the firm. I was told of “complexities” in my case—a document had not been filed from a prior attorney. Easy fix. I proposed edits to the new agreement. The firm countered with the polite way of informing a client that his business is not wanted: by asking for more money than previously discussed. I am satisfied with the initial work Laura and Madeline completed. I would caution anyone interested in this firm to read the agreement closely and ask many questions, preferably with the attorney. Even though issues in interpretation may be held against the drafter, save yourself the heart ache of waiting for a case update and finding out that you are not represented and were not notified of such. There are right and wrong ways to do business as an attorney. This was the wrong way. Update March 8, 2021: Sheree, thank you for your response. As an attorney I am clear with my clients in ensuring both they and I are on the same page with the scope of representation. This includes managing client expectations and notifying them beforehand of the termination of an agreement and whether a new fee or agreement is necessary. I understand that your drafting of the original agreement, in your words, were an oversight. Perhaps future clients will be best served with a scope of “to draft a demand letter” and omitting references to litigation, pleadings, corresponding with attorneys, hourly rates, etc; rather than “in connection with” and mention of litigation, hourly rates, filing fees, etc. Thank you again for your response.

susan zereini represented me to the fullest of her abilities and tried her best to resolve my case as sufficiently as she could. she answered all my calls and always got back with me if she wasn’t able to speak at the moment. everyone at the office was always really nice and polite when speaking to me. great law group 10/10

When I contacted the Burns Law Group, PC, Traci answered my call. I gave her my information and she pulled up my case. Traci was able to explain what I could expect with my case. That initial contact with her was reassuring and calming. Traci was able to put me on the phone with Susan. Susan Z. was able to give me a quiet, calming assurance about my case. She gave me that sense of confidence with her years of service. I had spoken with other attorneys who promised me things they could do but I did not feel that calming assurance. I knew on that initial call that Susan Z. was the attorney I wanted to handle my case. Susan was able to get my case dismissed before any initial hearings. She responded to my text or phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions. It was a blessing to me that I contacted them and Susan Z. handled my case with that calming assurance.

I had a very positive and good experience with Burns Law Group ,any questions I have had they have answered. anytime I called I always got a call back from my lawyer in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend them, and if need be i would use them again they would be the first call I make.

Susan Zereini hands down one of the Best Lawyers in Georgia. Everytime I called her with concerns in regards to my case she was on it and if it pertained to getting a hold of someone in the court system she had a response before or within 24hrs.
