I had the best experience with Ashley, she was so professional in everything she did. She took of me and my family, if you need a serious lawyer for family law she is the one I highly recommend. Everytime I had a question it was answered in a timely manor either by her or her staff. Ashley and Autumn were very sweet to listen to me and the case that was going on, I will be using them again in the future.

Literally wanted twice as much as every other lawyer office qouted me in cherokee county. Made no sense as the simplicity of my cases aswell.

I worked with Jennifer and Kathy on my divorce. While there is nothing enjoyable about that in general, they were awesome at helping me through everything. I initially spoke with Kathy when I called and she is down to earth as well as professional and well educated in her role. She seemed much different than a few other firms I spoke to, that didn't seem to care about my case or situation they just wanted me credit card. I felt that this firm had people fighting 100% for their client, not just a paycheck. Once I paid for my initial sit down I met with Jennifer. She is highly professional and straight to the point with all questions regarding the case and divorce as a whole. They both answered every question I have ever had and never wasted my time, while I also respected theirs. Whatever you are going through that you are seeking legal counsel, I'm going to tell you hands down this is the place to go and you will not find better people or more passionate people. If all that wasn't enough to get you, they are reasonably priced and will keep you informed throughout the process if you go over what your initial retainer is. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and cares for her clients on a personal level. I would definitely recommend Ashley if you need a lawyer who understands the family law process in Georgia.

Ashley Carlisle was recommended to me when I needed a lawyer. She has poor communication and does not care about you. She cancelled appointments with me that i had to work into my schedule to accommodate for her time on the first place. I was asked the day before court to ask my therapist if she could could come to court. There were months ahead of time to organize that if I was asked to sooner. It also could have changed that day in court if she had been there. I was also ignored on phone calls and emails many times. I was also put on hold a couple times without anyone picking up again. I sent an email about changing something on the order draft order and led to believe the change had been made. I was not sent the draft that I was told the opposing counsel had agreed to after requesting the change, and it was sent to the judge to be signed. I did not know the change wasn’t made until after it was signed. She now refuses to fix her mistake. Do not use this law firm. You will only be one person of many cases that she takes and she does not care about her clients, only that she has been paid.

It cost me $800 to be told that I could not file for a modification to my custody because I was within 2 years of the original judgement. Jennifer Side was assigned to my case. The original case was handled by Ashley Carlile. They had my case file, so I would have expected by the time I went in for my paid consultation, that the time frame would have been reviewed. When I agreed to move forward, I was told the plan was to file a modification and file contempt. That was how we ended the meeting and I said sounds good. Never was there any mention that we had a two year stipulation. So I spent hours taking time off work to gather the money needed and gather all the evidence I had available, all of which was discussed during the consult. It was all reviewed after several phonecalls and emails. Over a week went by after paying my retainer fee without so much as an acknowledgement that I was a paying client. I finally got a response requesting a few more items, which I gathered. I then received an email stating because we were within two years that we could not file for a modification. I was never informed I was paying for an indepth consultation to determine if I had an exceptional case. I would seek a second opionion before trusting what you hear in a consult from this office. I called elsewhere and they immediately informed me about the two year stipulation - FOR FREE, WHAT COST $800 WITH JENNIFER. Furthermore, the lawyers ignored every email requesting atleast a partial refund for being ill-informed and mislead. As a single mother needing help, this hurt on many levels.
