Casey Geiger did in amazing job of handling my personal injury case. He showed me through the steps on how we were going to approach the case and when i had any questions he would not hesitate to answer my question. He would update you on how the case is going. If you emailed them they would respond back to you as quickly as they can. Every thing went as planned without any complications. Lisa winters was also an amazing person that helped me check or notify me if everything they needed was there and that everything was fine. I would highly recommend Casey Geiger to anyone.

My prior attorney referred me to Casey when he determined that the case needed extra attention. From day one, Casey's communication was timely, completely forthcoming, understanding of my lack of knowledge, and lightning fast. ANY time I had questions, he AND Lisa responded back faster than any other lawyer I've ever spoken to (professionally or personally). Any time he had a question for me, he laid out in email exactly what he needed in order to move the case forward. This made it easy to get him the information so he could do his part. I keep odd hours, so often my responses to him would be on a Sunday night, and then first thing Monday he'd confirm receipt as well as the next steps. AS SOON AS I WAS DONE TREATING he sent out a letter to begin the legal aspect of the case. 30 days on the nose later, just as he predicted, we had our next steps from the insurance side. Again, he reached out to me with updates. During the last part of the case, he would always tell me, "Here's the current status. Here's what I think we should do, but please tell me what YOU want to do." He always gave a professional opinion, based on countless times doing this work, but then had the decency to ask me what my needs were and what I wanted to do. I 100% deferred to his professional judgement, and I am glad that I did. We ended up with more favorable judgement each time he recommended pressing forward, and on the third iteration, he said that he recommended that we reach an agreement. We did, and I ended up about 30% better off financially due to listening to him. If you want a lawyer who COMMUNICATES fast, who LISTENS intently, who CARES about you as a person, and who is DEDICATED to giving you the best possible outcome, then I recommend you call Casey Geiger. You will be happy that you did so.
