Emily did an excellent job representing my 17 year old daughter in a misdemeanor criminal case. Communication was great throughout the process, the fee was reasonable, and the matter was resolved in a timely manner. Two thumbs up!

Emily Helped me win a case after i was physically attacked, then unfairly and wrongfully arrested. She was very easy to talk to and understanding. Plus i felt like she really cared about my well-being. She advised me at every step and kept me updated always . I would highly recommend her

Emily Evett is an amazing woman! She went above and beyond to represent me in my Dfacs case for my son. She was informative and detailed every step of the way. When I didn't quite understand wording, she was there with patience and relatable terms that I could understand. She never once made me feel less than and made sure that everyone in the court room feel her point of view. She definitely did more than I thought a court appointed attorney ever could or would do. She made me feel like a human throughout all the negative comments and thoughts. And when I needed someone to vent to, she was there. I cannot express how much this woman has done for me. Emily was a court appointed attorney for me for family court. Usually when you think of court appointed attorneys, you you think of someone who will talk to you for five minutes and prance you in front of a judge. Not Emily, she went to the end of the world to help me receive custody of my children back. She believed in me, and she helped me along when I didn’t even believe in myself. She spent countless hours working on my case, arranging services to help me, and if in court something was said that was untrue or incorrect, she waged war for me. My husband hired a different attorney and many times he was not available for court, and when that would happen, Emily always represented my husband also. The only regret I have was not getting her appointed or hiring her sooner. I don’t know how I could express how much this, beautiful, smart, talented woman has done for me. In a way, she truly saved my life. She will always have my respect and gratitude. If you want someone who will not only fight for your case, but also care and listen...please look no further than Emily Evett.

I had a minor incident (misdemeanor) occur that required me to obtain legal representation in Cherokee County, GA. I am a 46 year old male, college degree (BA Business Administration/Bible), Georgia Boy (born and raised), father of two, and one of the worst experiences for me in dealing with the charges was having to call around and find an attorney. After making numerous phone calls to various firms in the area, I called Emily and she was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, more than reasonable, spent time explaining the legal process to me, and she is from Georgia too (for those of us truly from Georgia you know how important that is to a Georgian). In summary, I generally don't like attorneys, however there was absolutely nothing not to like about Emily. I was kept informed, advised, and she was always available if I needed her. In addition, she had great rapport with the members of the Cherokee County courthouse, was always punctual, and did a great job representing me. I haven't needed an attorney too many times in my lifetime, however if I ever do again I will contact Emily Evett. Each case is different, but as for this Georgia Boy that just wants to keep to himself and be left alone, she is the best around and I was fortunate to find her! My charges were reduced practically to nothing - thank you!

I highly recommend Emily Evett for hire, and or consultancy. Originally I hired another lawyer within Emily's law firm. After a few weeks of negligence and non-communication from the original hire, Emily was the one who showed any urgency and care for my case. It became evident to me that I needed retain her services. With the end result being case dismissed without prejudice.
