I was very worried on court day but Mr Heller pulled a rabbit out of the proverble hat. Instead of being convicted of DUI I walked with my driveing privileges and only wreckless driving. Absolutely remarkable.

From the start Jeff was a breath of fresh air. During the first consultation I let Jeff know that had a lawyer but was considering switching representation. He had a more aggressive approach to my case, and made me feel like we had a fighting chance. I immediately fired my old lawyer at that time and hired Jeff, he even handled sending my lawyer notice that I was switching attorneys. Jeff stayed in constant communication and when we spoke he always had a plan of attack which gave me confidence. The prosecutor was not willing to reduce my charge so Jeff suggested that we go to trial, which we had a physical meeting prior and he prepared me on what to expect. During pre-trial Jeff was there early and when my name was called he spoke for me and when it was time to speak to the prosecutor he was ready and presented my case and spoke to the holes in the states’ case. After the negotiations Jeff pulled me in the hallway and said that he negotiated with the state to reduce my DUI to a reckless driving charge and avoid the 2 in 5 years which was a huge relief for me and my family. Jeff was able to do more than my previous attorney could and made me feel more comfortable and secure. He was professional, confident and had the previous experience which my case required. He was consistent throughout the whole process and his staff was completely amazing as well. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again!! Excellent experience, hands down.

Attorney Jeff Heller and his team did a great job for my son. I hired him after looking at his reviews. His associate Cameron did an awesome job in court. I knew after talking to Mr Heller on the phone , I had hired a “bulldog” to go into court with us and I was right!!! I will use him in the future if needed and I would highly recommend him or Cameron!!!

My wife was arrested for DUI. We felt the charge was false and decided to fight it. We chose Jeff Heller because he had good reviews and was a lawyer in the Marine Corps, which assured me that he was a man of integrity and competence. He analyzed our case and believed that we had a good chance of winning it at trial, though he made no promises, as any jury trial is risky. I believe that our case was won by Mr. Heller during his closing arguments to the jury. His skillful and logical presentation convinced them that the Prosecutor did not have the evidence required for a conviction. When the jury foreman said “Not Guilty”, it was, of course, a tremendous relief and there was no doubt that we had hired the right attorney. In addition, his fee is quite reasonable and he definitely earned it. I highly recommend that anyone needing an excellent attorney, contact Jeff Heller.

After an initial consultation on the charges and a review of the prosecutor’s evidence, Mr. Heller believed that we had a winnable case before a jury. He conducted a skillful defense and I believe that his impressive closing arguments won the day. There is no greater sound than a jury foreman saying “Not Guilty”. Cameron provided great legal counsel and we were able to get my case wrapped up nicely. He sat and listened to me, explained everything i had a question on, was very personable and proffessional. I will definitely refer people, and will use this firm in the future for my legal needs!

Mr. Heller and his legal team are great! i was assigned a Mr. Cameron Keene, as a court appointed attorney during the most Horrible experience of my life. Even though i didn't have the means to personally pay Mr. Heller's office, Mr. Heller and his team were very professional and were quick to respond to any question i had. Mr. Keene, went FAR above and beyond the call of duty in representing me during trial. knowledgeable and professional, he was polite to the opposition but at the same time, a complete "wolf" during trial. His legal advice was first rate and i really don't believe that the results would have been the same without him fighting for my defense. If you need representation, i would call Mr. Heller's office. If you feel like you may need a good team somewhere down the road, i would strongly recommend Grabbing a retainer and requesting Mr. Keene. Grisham or Iles couldn't have written a better performance.
