Jennifer Gower Side has been my attorney for the past year and a half for our child custody case. I experienced my first court hearing for the case with a different attorney prior and knew after that hearing that I needed to seek out an attorney who was more privy to tough custody cases, knowing who I was up against. Grisham, Poole & Carlile came highly recommended to me as a law group that truly cares and fights hard for what is fair and in the best interest of the child. I have since been blown away. Today, I received my final court order. It is everything we asked for and what’s best for my family, and all because Jennifer educated me and fought for me with empathy, diligence, strategy, and hard work. I am so proud of her and so glad to have found her! I could not be more grateful and satisfied with our outcome.

Speights Law is an excellent team! This team went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I ask for and in a very timely manner. The attorneys and paralegals are always available to answer any questions as well.

I would not recommend this firm specifically Randall Ivey if you are going through a divorce. He was my council recently and made the process worse than the actual divorce. They present themselves as caring and concerned until you pay thousands for a retainer. Weeks/months will go by with nothing done. You can email and wait then when they finally respond their answers are vague and confusing. Most responses either contained old information which I had to correct or issues that had already been resolved each time you're getting billed. I’m not sure if they have so many cases, they get client situation’s confused bc you definitely do not feel like your case is important to them. Not the greatest feeling when it involves something so important in your life. They basically charged several thousand dollars to write and file the divorce documents with bare minimum effort. Even then the paperwork was submitted with errors before and after filing which I was ultimately billed for. Expect lengthy delays, numerous mistakes, and no communication which takes an emotional and financial toll during an already difficult situation. Since this was my first divorce, I'm not sure if this is just how divorce lawyers are in general. Either way, save yourself the worry/stress and go someplace else!

I found myself in a a little bit of legal trouble. I was going to just use the public defender but a friend suggested I get an attorney. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Archie Speights was absolutely amazing. He really made this whole ordeal quick and as painless as possible. He answered every question I had and made sure I was informed through the whole process. This man is a professional and I greatly appreciate you sir!

Catie Blackwell is such an amazing attorney. I would recommend for any criminal case. She goes above and beyond. Answers email and calls in a matter of minutes. So thankful I found her.

Not having been through a Divorce before, it can be a very scary and dark place. From the day I went in for my consultation with Jennifer to the last day we walked out of the court house there was never a doubt in my mind that I had made the right choice using GP&C. Jennifer and Sandra were on top of their game, if I had questions or concerns one of them would have me some direction or answers in no time. I really appreciated the fact that even though I didnt always like the answers, Jennifer and Sandra would help me through the mess and help me understand why things were what they were.
