This attorney is as sleazy and as shady as they come. I would not hire her at all.

I got charged with a misdemeanor and was afraid of the consequences. Not all your friends have your back, but Marsha definetly does! She's fully committed to her job and does everything in her power and more in order to get the best possible outcome. My case was dismissed in 3 months which saved me from the possibilities of prohbation or a conviction, Im extremely grateful for her services and would have her as my lawyer again if necessary.

I was charged with misrepresentation of a non controlled substance in Cherokee County Georgia. The grand jury added two Rico charges to me so I had to be rearrested on court day. I did not have the money to get back out of jail so Marsha got me an OR bond thank God. She was able to get the Rico charges dropped on my plea bargain the DA offered to me. The case was settled less than a year which was like wow to me. Marsha and the BBR firm are working with me on my payments to get them payed in full. Without Marsha being on my case I would have been looking at a lot of years being locked up somewhere. I would really recommend Marsha Terry to represent someone who has had a unfortunate mishap in the Judicial System. Thank you again Marsha.

Although we did not need to hire her. she was dedicated from the start. I could never be more grateful that my parents found her for my case. If I am ever in need of another lawyer I know exactly who to go to.

We were so grateful for how compassionate Marsha and the entire team was from the first phone call. The care and concern was genuine, and after hearing our case she immediately stepped in and went work on our behalf!!! We are so grateful for how there wasn't any time wasted and there was an instantaneous move to protect and mediate for us! Her attention to details was impeccable and she was very thorough with all aspects of the case. She kept in contact as it was needed, however her stand was " don't worry about anything let us do that part for you". And with that being said we were able to walk away from our consultation able to breathe easier! Then end result for us was that we knew that she was in our corner from our initial visit and that she had our best interest at heart. And we knew walking away that she was going to fight and she did, as they say " the proof is in the pudding". We are so thankful she fought for us and we came out of our fight victoriously!! I would highly recommend her services to anyone that may need a lawyer that's going to bat for you!!
