We hired Jeff in 2011 and are so thankful we did! We went through a horrible mess with a well known mortgage company and continued for the next 2 years. He/his office was very helpful in us keeping our home. Whenever I would call (which was a lot) I always got the answers and support I/we needed. It was a very stressful situation and I am so thankful that we had Jeff and his team (especially Kerrie) there on our side!! We can now rest at night knowing that we have our home and are on the right track for a wonderful and peaceful future!! Thank you again for the continued support and knowledge that you and your team provided!!

I find the two reviews the complete opposite in the experience I had. Jeff was very hard to deal with in the manner I could hardly ever get him on the phone. When I did his answers were very short and he acted as if I was an inconvenience. Their communication to me about my case was nonexistent. I had to constantly run them down for answers. I can understand why the second review is the way it is with Jeff having served in the Marines as well. Maybe to get that kind of service one must serve. This whole experience has been a 100% complete disaster and I hope and pray that if I ever have to get another attorney I will get one that treats people like a real human and not just a payday. I would never recomend Jeff to anyone no matter what the circumstance may be. Jeff says on his billboard "Give em Heller" I did not know that ment for his client. I do plan on reporting him to the board.
