Abandoned my case, no refund of the 3.5k paid. Just starts not answering calls ... and then has the nerve to try to chastise me when I got sh!tty with his staff .... because he would not answer or return calls.

I hired Mr David Head in September 2020 to handle a probation violation which he charged 5k to do. He has lied time and time again about the progress of him negotiating my violation and even who's he has been negotiating with. He stopped answering my family's calls November and we've had to resort to calling from random numbers of which when he does answer, he tells more lies! He voicemail is always full and we don't even have a contact address or office number only his cell number which he doesn't answer. Our next step is to call the board about him a how he has taken our money and provided no service. Before he got our money, he acted very knowledgeable and driven to get us results, after getting our money, he has been non existent. Please stay away from this fraud of a lawyer.

Horrible! He was paid in full and has done nothing for my case. He was hired in August of 2019. It is now almost February of 2020. I’ve had little to no contact with him at all. He doesn’t answer any form of communication.

Atty. David C. Head of Carrollton, GA USA did not earn the $7,500.00 retainer fee that I proffered him in early 2008. He never got in touch with us and he never offered us even a partial refund and he refused to supply us with an itemized list of his "services." He was impossible to reach by phone and he was seldom in his office. His efforts were quite minimal concerning the recovery of my demented 86-year-old mother's estate, (she was suffering from an advanced condition of Parkinson's disease) which she had been tricked into signing over to my unqualified son via a quitclaim deed. I have lodged a complaint with the Georgia State Bar in hopes of, at least, recovering a portion of the retainer fee. His malfeasance has left my mother and I in a terrible financial mess! Avoid this character at all costs!

I would recommend Mr. Head for any kind of law need. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of everything that happened during the procedure. I will use him anytime I need a GREAT lawyer.

Biggest nightmare of my entire life. Run screaming in the opposite direction. Your legal matter will take 10 times longer than necessary. Every legal strategy was a joke.

Hired for a Divorce case, showed up 2 hours late and withdrew from case leaving me at the stand with no representation. Didn't offer a refund for services not rendered.
