Contracted Moffitt Law LLC to handle an old case that other law firms weren’t inclined to accept. Not only was I met with a warm and understanding employee by the name of Tammy, I was given superior service by Attorney Tyler Moffitt. The turn around time on this case was exceptional and communications were very clear and timely. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for amazing representation and a staff that is above and beyond being committed to the client.

One thing i can honestly say is tyler was very honest with me he told me exactly what to expect so there was absolutely no hidden secrets. We had an easy day at the end of the day. All that matters is “I’m free!”… If you are considering using Moffitt Law i say go for it.

My wife hired Drew to represent me. I have never in my life had criminal charges filed against me. I'm a USMC Vet with an honorable discharge, I have no prior charges for anything and I feel like I woke up Wednesday morning fine and by the afternoon, got hit by an oncoming train. I got arrested for the first time in my life and thrown in jail for what I thought would be a day and turned out to be almost 4. I didn't know anything until all of a sudden Wednesday I went before a judge who set bail. I was released and went home with a paper explaining I couldn't have any contact at all with my wife. Our neighbor explained who my wife hired and what had taken place on the outside. If it wasn't for Drew and Tammy communicating with my wife, I firmly believe I would have sat in jail for God only knows how many more days. Not only did he get me out the same day my wife hired him, he worked unbelievably hard, to what appeared to me to be against all odds, to get the no contact order changed so I could be with my wife. When I came out of jail after being charged with these crazy charges, I was so scared I could be arrested for anything. I expressed my fear and within 5 min Drew called me back to assure me as long as I didn't violate the no contact order, I wasn't going to randomly get picked up by the police. When you never had any history with the police and you basically work and go home to your wife, this kind of experience really messes with your mind causing anxiety, and just an all around uneasy feeling. Thanks to Mr. Case and Tammy I can breathe and now just have wait for my court appearance. Having Drew as my attorney definitely gives me hope that he will make them see I am not anywhere near the type of person they painted me out to be with these horrible charges. I feel 100% confident going forward with all of this with Drew as my attorney! I'm so thankful my wife found him.

I would definitely recommend Moffitt Law. The Victim Received FTA( Failure to Appear). Resulting in arrest. I Called Moffitt law, Ms. Tammy assured me she would help me, Less Than 6 Hours later, The FTA was lifted and the victim was released. I appreciate Tyler And Ms. Tammy for a Job Well done and would recommend them HIGHLY for criminal offenses.
