I recommend them to anybody they exceeded my first case and now they are doing my second case which is difficult but I’m pretty sure and know for a fact they will get the job done. Attorney Isabel Aiden and all the staff at Smith, Wallis & Scott handled my Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist case expeditiously and with the utmost professionalism. Mrs. Aiden agreed to take my case despite it being both literally days away from the statute of limitations expiring to file suit and the fact that another large Atlanta-based law firm ceased their representation of me in the 11th hour because they “wouldn’t make enough money “ if my case was litigated. I guess the joke’s on them because Mrs. Aiden was successfully able to negotiate a substantial settlement with a stubborn insurance company that had been stonewalling and had previously refused any claim payout whatsoever!
