First and foremost, I talked to Dane over the phone and then drove ~60miles to visit his office for a free consultation on a traffic citation. Dane was the only lawyer in the area that didn’t just offer a free consultation ending with options that I would hire them to represent me. Dane was just as ENTHUSIASTIC about presenting options that were satisfactory to me in which I wouldn’t have to hire an attorney. With his advisement, I was able to navigate the local municipal court, bound my case over to state court, and achieve resolution based on his consultation. I did pay a fine, but it was lower than expected and hopefully doesn’t impact my insurance as much. Dane and the entire office were also timely in responding to subsequent emails containing brief questions that I have. Again, this was all done by a firm that I never hired or payed a dime to. I went in for just a consultation at first not knowing what to expect. After speaking to Dane Garland there was hope for my case. He was able to get the charges dropped down. He’s not only an exceptional lawyer, but person and it shows.
