I just wanted to leave a statement commending Mr. Dane Garland and Mr. Jason Swindle on their exemplary work regarding my case. With my case, there were several extenuating factors which led to some extremely complex negotiations by Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle on my behalf. Both of these lawyers worked tirelessly to convince the District Attorney that my situation did not warrant what the State Court was preparing to impose. Literally, the night prior to my court date, the District Attorney was still planning to charge me to the full extent of the law. Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle continued working vigilantly throughout the morning, as other cases were being heard by the judge, and they were able to get the District Attorney to agree to a sentencing reduction. I was fully prepared this morning to experience an extremely harsh situation, as the situation seemed to be nearing the point of no return. Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle pushed forward in their fight for me, even when I had given up on it. These two men are tremendous at what they do, and will fight for you with the ferocity that you would want a lawyer to fight for you. There are no holds barred in their attempts to seek justice! Dane represented my son in a violation of probation due to a speeding ticket. He was facing revocation for the last 30 days of his probation and we were all prepared for that. Dane is very up front and honest and never will mislead. The day of court I was so relieved when Dane called and said that he was able to get the revocation down to just 7 days. That we could live with and were very grateful. Dane is diligent, professional, and patient when it comes to his client's needs. My son was facing many years in the system with little hope for release. He was a twenty two year old college graduate facing felony charges and fifteen plus years in lock-up! Attorney Garland and Swindle worked relentlessly with the DA and the judge and my son was released with only a misdemeanor charge! I was charged with DUI Underage, Purch/Con/Posses Alcohol Under 21, Safety Belt Violation, and an Expired tag. Dane was very friendly and informative at our first consultation and assured us that he would be able to make a difference in our case. He was kind enough to guide us through the process of registering for an ALS Hearing to save my license. After attending a DUI Risk Reduction class and going to court, he was able to get my DUI charge reduced to Failure to Use Due Care.
