Jason and his paralegal Lisa were on point and on top of their game when it came to handling my worker's comp. injury case. I tried going it alone and the insurance carrier pushed me around. They denied extra physical therapy. They denied injections the doctor recommended to ease my pain. When I turned my case over to Jason things turned around, QUICK. They were at all times attentive and on top of my case. I cannot recommend Jason and his staff enough. If you are hurt at work, this is the firm you want on YOUR side.

Jason Perkins, was my lawyer in a workers comp. case, my case has settled now, and I am very happy for all Jason and his office hard work on my case, he was always there to help me out with any questions that I had or help I needed. I contacted Mr Rice to help with my will. I did not know how to write a will. He told the steps that would need to be done and gave me a little bit of prep work. Then he prepared the actual will. I then got it notarized. Done! It was easy and fast! Thanks Mr Rice!!

Mr. Rice is an attorney who cares about his clients. He listened to our concerns and made sure they were all addressed. I was amazed at how quickly and accurately our wills were prepared. I highly recommend Mr. Rice and can't thank him enough for his service.

Mr. Rice handled a re-write of wills for several family members at one time. He listened to the concerns of all and offered sound advise on how to construct each will so it would stand any legal challange. I would have no problem recomending him in estate planning and preperation.

Daniel helped me through my divorce/ custody proceedings. He is respectable, professional but was also sympathetic towards me through the duration of the case. I would use him again in the future, though I hope to not have to.

Daniel Rice is kind, personable, and professional. He is very knowledgable and timely and kept me informed through the whole process. Divorce is not an easy thing to go through, but having an attorney like Mr. Rice, made the experience much easier. You can easily tell that he takes much pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

The only thing that I did not like about this lawyer was that I felt that he was not impartial in my case. I felt that he lacked profesionalism and based opinions about others that were incorrect. I felt like I could no longer trust him.

I highly recommend Daniel Rice! He helped me with divorce proceedings, which can get rather sticky and complicated. He has a firm grasp of the law as well as which way judges tend to rule in certain situations. He gave me detailed, helpful advice, and he responded to emailed questions promptly, usually on the same day.

Daniel has gone above and beyond to help my family through a difficult time and case. I would consider myself to have a general concept of family law but Daniel really knew his stuff. He was also easy to reach and did a GREAT JOB explaning things on a level that we all could understand. In my previous dealings with attorneys, I have been left with unfufilled expectations and empty pockets. DANIEL REALLY IS PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT HE DOES AND ABOUT YOUR SITUATION AND IT SHOWS!
