Asked Mr. Studdard some questions. He could have told me legal advice isn't free or something to that affect but he didn't. He lead me in the right direction and offered his services if I needed further help beyond just simple emails. Need more people willing to help and less worried about greed. Highly recommend.

Mr. Studdard has went well beyond of what's wad expected. I wasn't sure if I would receive any VA compensation, but this Firm made it happen!!! Thank you Mr. Studdard and everyone that was and are a part of my case!!! Truly Grateful!!!

When I fell at work I needed help. I was hurt badly but had to continue the work load for a while. When I couldn't perform my job as well as I did before falling I lost my job. I went to work for myself in hard physical labor, hiring help because of my injury received when I fell. My wife and I tried to find a lawyer to help, but because my employer did not take me to the Dr. and refused to let me claim workers compensation there seemed to be no legal case. To my surprise, after they listened to me, I was invited into Mr. Perkins' office. There we gave all the information and data we had concerning the accident and signed a contract with Jason Perkins. I finally had someone that would fight for me! Jason never gave up. He new I had been treated wrongly and wanted to help me. He told me how to get insurance coverage and get the medical help I desperately needed. I followed his instructions and ended up having surgery to repair the damage I had received when I fell. I was able to get back to work, and am very grateful for the help Jason and his professional team gave to me. We have made a settlement between the employer and myself and have received compensation that is just and fair. I highly recommend Perkins Studdard LLC, Jason Perkins and his entire team.

Jason and the staff here, made dealing with work comp, much easier. I had no idea, how much I was being denied by the employer's insurance, until Jason took my case. He was able to get my pay, and a second opinion about surgery. I was even able to get an advance on my case when my utilities were about to be cut off. I can't tell you how much they helped me. I would reccomend Perkins Studdard for all your work comp needs.
