Charging a person for things that do not legally exist is a criminal offence. Mr Flinn has experience in dealing with these criminals and just because these criminals hide under titles like car dealer, insurance broker and the-like; does not make it any less illegal, then a purse snatcher, bank robber, or car thief. It is a criminal act to defraud hardworking, honest people out of their money. If people would stop settling out of court and start pressuring your representatives to pursue criminal charges against them, then things will change. Mr Flinn did me really good in his intervention into my sons case of being robbed by ALM. We need more people like Mr Flinn out there standing up for our rights. Great person to have in your corner.

Any time I reached out to him, it didn't matter if it was after hours or not, he usually responded the same day and if not the very next morning. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. He walked me through every step of the process and reassured me not to worry about the outcome and that I had a strong case. He made the process very easy also. He got me every penny that I deserved and be honest he was able to get me more than I expected. He never once brushed me off or made me feel as if I didn't matter.
