Do not use this attorney. Lawyers like him are the reason attorneys have a bad reputation. Aside from being a sub par attorney, he is unethical. His incompetence cost me thousands and extended what should have been a short litigation into over a 1.5 years.

I did not actually end up using Mr. Stephens long term because after reviewing our information he suggested we file at the court ourselves since he could not guarantee lawyer fees would be awarded in our situation. That being said he was always responsive to phone calls/emails. Even after he suggested we file on our own, he still assisted us with the process especially when we ran into just a small hiccup. I hope I don't have to use a lawyer again any time soon, but I would go to him first if I needed one.
