My accident was in April, my daughter and I were hit by a truck and everything was very unexpected. From the first phone call their team was very clear about how they were going to help. It took all the unknown out of the scary situation. I specifically want to recognize Nicole for not only the countless phone calls she answered, but for the tasks she took on for me and how she always explained each step fully to make things easier on me during a stressful time. I didn’t know that this level of personal service existed in the legal world, but this firm has definitely been genuinely amazing in getting things settled for our cases.

Pritchard injury firm helped so much after my accident! Mr.Pritchard and his colleagues helped talk me through to really understand the process legal wise. they also did an awesome job checking up on me as i healed. they kept in contact even when there was no news to be shared. They moved to a new location which is SO nice and professional. I found them through a recommendation and i was absolutely not at all disappointed with the way they handled my case. 10/10

My girlfriend used e Mr Pritchard to represent her in a car accident she had back in February and when I spoke with him I wanted to make sure they weren't a cookie cutter attorney's office that just sent you to the chiropractor and settled for whatever the insurance company gave them and they assured me they weren't. I was HIGHLY skeptical at first but they performed exactly as they said they would and got her much more than expected AND a LOT more than I had received in a similar accident using Glenda Mitchell... who I would never use again. I would highly recommend using Zach Pritchard if you're ever in an accident because he actually fights for your best interest and doesn't settle for whatever the insurance company gives you. Five stars across the board. Shout out to the whole staff.... especially Nicole... for all your help, and keeping us up to date with timely responses to our questions!!!

My experience with Pritchard law was awesome.My case was handled with the upmost care and professionalism. I appreciate working with people that care on a personal level. Mr. Pritchard worked tirelessly to make sure my case was presented correctly. My case was very difficult but the reassurance I was given eased my mind. He is very calming and confident.
