Update on previous review. I decided to use perotta lamb and Johnson again (after a lawyer who previously worked there did a good job, he is no longer there..)for the adult adoption of my biological daughter to be adopted by her step father . It was a simple process involving an adult child with no objections from absent bio dad.we met with Jason Johnson and paid the fee. From there it went downhill and really far downhill. His paralegal Maria is probably the most incompetent person I've ever had to deal with and to know she is dealing with VERY important date entry is disturbing in the least. The data entry of the paperwork for adoption and new birth certificate was so messed up, I had to have her correct it at least a handful of times. I would tell her the correct spellings and locations (I mean my God..they have the paperwork there as well)..it was errors like the spelling of my daughters new last name, step dad's place of birth..i mean stuff that was really important to make sure you got right.The first embarrassing thing to happen was on a zoom call with the judge and for some odd reason PLJ had the wrong county (a county I've never lived in)on the paperwork. The judge was confused himself and the fumbling around with Jason was unprofessional. After that got cleared, PLJ "supposedly" mailed the paperwork off but sent it to the county I live in instead of the childs birthstate. It was a complete mess and took over 2 years to finally get the correct birth certificate..this was all after making a complaint to the Georgia bar. The call to the bar was because they stopped communicating with me when I would check in because I still had not received the new birth certificate.. It was serious enough to where the bar got involved, and wouldn't you know..soon as they got a call from the bar, communication started back up with me.PLJ was Cc'd on all communication with Maria and only once did Jason get involved in correcting these stupid and incompetent mistakes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them AT ALL. You would be better to represent yourself I promise.

Brian and his team are AMAZING!!!! I had an extremely difficult bankruptcy that literally took nearly two years to complete. Brian never gave up and fought the trustee tooth and nail to make sure I was treated fairly. As hard as it got he never asked me for one more penny and he worked night and weekends. There were even times he was working while taking his child to school and events. I use to work with attorneys in my past career and NEVER did I see them put one second of their personal time into a case like Brian did. He truly believes in his clients. We are not just paychecks to him, we are people who need help and he is bound and determined to make sure we get the help we need to free ourselves from debt so we can get a fresh start. If you choose him you won’t be disappointed, in fact the only disappointment you will have is if you don’t choose him as your attorney.

Chris Cahill was my husbands attorney. He did an amazing job for my husband. He genuinely cared. Thankyou Chris so much!

Mr. Lamb and his team are extremely professional, thorough, and prompt. Definitely recommend him and appreciate all they have assisted with.

Tony Heaton is amazing. He helped me with all of the questions that I needed answers for. He was even more helpful than the attorneys.
