Wow, what can I say! Mr Hoffer and his team is the best. I was In a rear end accident back in 2019 and hired K&P. Things got a little crazy so Mr Hoffer and his team took over. I must say it was a long long journey. It's 2024, and Mr Hoffer was able to settle my case for a reasonable amount, and also negotiated my medical bills. I almost gave up! But thanks to this team we came to a conclusion. I definitely recommend this team!

Michael Hoffer has been phenomenal! He got my case from another law firm that was just sitting on it. From day one he has tried his hardest to get my case resolved. He knew that it was important to me to get my case settled and to just move on but to also walk away with something. He listened to me but also explained the process. My car accident happened in 2019. If it wasn't for Michael I don't think my case would've been resolved yet. The other law firm just sat on it and didn't really do anything to get it resolved. After our daughter was in a very traumatic car accident and required emergency surgery as well as many other services such as physical therapy, trauma/ptsd therapy, and follow up surgeries we were completely at ease with Mr Hoffer and his team taking over. There is no way my husband and I could have kept up with all the medical bills, surgeries, anesthesiologists, surgery centers, etc. we would’ve been in collections months ago. They dealt with the medical and car insurances, stopped bills from going to collections, made all the calls, kept us updated on progress, called and checked on our daughter, called and checked on me.
