After my no fault motor vehicle accident, I decided to go with the Foster Firm for representation. I am overall satisfied with the amount of work the attorneys put into getting me the max amount that they could as far as my settlement. While things could have been worst, I am grateful to still have my life. I gave 4 stars because of the settlement amount however it's not a reflection of the Foster Firm rather than the at fault motorists insurance coverage. Overall good Firm and exceptional attorneys.

The Foster firm saved my case! Initially, I signed on with Kanner and Pintaluga because of their advertising campaign. Naturally, I assumed that I would be in good hands with a firm that has name recognition from all of their advertising campaigns but I was SADLY MISTAKEN! I learned (just before critical case deadlines) that Kanner and Pintaluga doesn’t even practice TRIAL LAW! Which means Kanner and Pintaluga can’t possibly see your case through to its full potential if the insurance company plays hard ball! Here I was, days away from my case being dismissed because the firm I chose was not who they appeared to be and not any firm willing to tackle the workload to meet that critical deadline. Luckily, my prayers were answered when I contacted the FOSTER FIRM! The FOSTER FIRM assured me they could pick up the pieces and see my suit through even if we had to recover damages by trial. TRUE TO THEIR WORD!!!! The FOSTER FIRM was able to meet critical deadlines with only days notice! Not only were they able to meet deadlines, but they kept me apprised of all the new developments as they took place. I TRULY APPRECIATE THE FOSTER FIRM! Big enough to serve and small enough to care! Don’t be fooled as I have by fancy firms with their fancy advertising campaigns and false promises! Choose the real deal! Choose THE FOSTER FIRM!
