I, also, was neglected by The Foster Law Firm. Trying to get a knowledgeable rep on the phone is nearly impossible. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I've been told on several occasions, that they were in the process of making an offer. Then, just days after I sought new legal representation, I get a call from the Foster Firm. The new attorney assigned to my case, is telling me the exact thing that they told me nearly 5 months ago, "We're going to make an offer!" Ok. So, they didn't make the offer several months ago like they said they would?

The foster firm is very responsive and dedicated to their clients I would recommend them to my family and friends.

These people are very horrible. Everytime I call to get a status on my case the recipient always says, "The paralegal isnt in may I take your number and they'll give you a call back." Never once return any calls and my case is currently still going. DO NOT HIRE THE FOSTER FIRM. STAY AWAY!!

If i could close my case and get another attorney i would do so! I am not and have not been happy with this law firm what so ever. Nobody has ever picked up the phone and called me to see how treatment went or to gave me any update since they has had my case and when i do call and complain the same receptionist tells me she doesn’t have my case as If she’s not responsible. This may be true but it comes off as SUPER rude and everyone working is a reflection of how unprofessional they are. I can’t wait to close out my case and i will NEVER use or RECOMMEND this law firm ever again.

In 2018 I was involved in 2 motor vehicle accidents. The first one happened while I was driving for a ride sharing company, and multiple vehicles were involved and the second was a rear end collision. I let the foster firm take care of me both times and they helped me through everything! They made sure I got the treatment I needed for my injuries and they were always available to speak to me regarding any questions or issues I had. My first visit I knew I chose the right firm because they already had everything lined up for me and the experience was personal and professional! After the wreck I got a good good check. I thought about calling Bethune but Foster was so much better. Ms.Kieta made me feel like family.
