I wanted to hire the firm and one of the attorney or paralegal told me that because i hired another attorney before they couldn't help me ,i was never given the opportunity to explain i owed nothing to the other firm and they allowed me out of my contract.From my conversation they were very unorganized and unprofessional i wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone....it only took 2 phone calls to figure this out.

One day I hope to get a call back on some unresolved issues about money being held back and was told to call back but every time I call, no one wants to answer my call. Very unprofessional. I wished I never used them. I thought customer service was number one.

After weeks of trying to get my settlement check i have yet to receive it. I have been calling and going by the office and they keep giving me the run around. They said i would get it before the thanksgiving and now they are saying it will be after.

After waiting over two years for our case to be solved, even after being told it would only be eight weeks. I still haven't received a phone call or settlent check even after a letter was mailed toy home three weeks ago from the other insurance company saying theyailed out a third party check...

This Law Firm is a Scam and a Disgrace to the profession. I was injured in September 2017 when I was rear-ended by a young female driver who was speeding and on the phone. The only help I was given was an 8 day car rental after waiting over 2 months for the Accident Report & for the other insurance, Geico, to take responsibility. After 5 months and NO RESULTS, Hostilo Law Firm dropped the case and I didn't see a dime. I wouldn't recommend this Firm if it was the ONLY FIRM ON EARTH.
