Hi I'm Johnny, I had a life altering stroke that left me unstable to walk or even stand for more then a few minutes my left arm still doesn't work and my wrist hand or fingers my head feels like I'm in a fog all the time I did learn to speak again but at times I can't even do that so I'm pretty reclusive these days alone most of the time, my one and only son Johnny Jr filed with the help of change health care for disability and Medicaid the doctors told us I'd not work again, well they denied me, so I hired an attorney to help us as we had no choice but to pursue assistance harry Brenner was/is my attorney of choice for this new journey , still they denied a disabled man disability benefits, attorney Harry Brenner kept pushing our claims case, as he understood the impact of losing my home and all I have worked for, I'm 63 years old and had a major stroke , I couldn't just start over, he appealed their decision and we had a hearing with them , where ultimately we got approved for disability benefits, it was a pleasure working with harry to get this done I don't believe I could have picked a better man" / attorney for my case, I highly recommend this attorney and his firm for disability cases if you want the best results for your case

My original filing was in 2020. When I went to Affleck & Gordon, I had already been denied disability. From the very start, Allison was very nice and calming. She reassured me that she knew what needed to be done and thought that she could get me an approval. It took some time as the system moves slow, my doubt increased but Allison's didn't. For my review, she did the majority of the talking, which was a good thing for me. I don't think I would have been approved if I didn't have her on my side. Allison put in the work and I was approved in March 2023. So if you are fortunate enough to get Allision to represent you, have faith in her, she knows the system and you too can have a positive outcome. I am truly appreciative for Allison and Affleck & Gordon!
