I will be the first to admit that I have made mistakes in my life. However, my decision to hire Affleck & Gordon is not one of them. Everyone at Affleck & Gorden was very professional, and it did not matter how many times I called, I never felt like I was just another number. In addition, I was treated with dignity and respect which made me feel better about my decision. My dad called them three weeks ago in regards a potential malpractice case. My dad provided information to the secretary and was advised he will get a call back. Two weeks later, still no call. He reached out to them through their website, still no response. When someone is contacting an attorney, it’s not a joyful, fun thing. You’d expect the attorneys office to have compassion, empathy, and sympathy . A level of understanding of your unique situation. If your office is unable to help for whatever reason, do the decent thing and pickup the phone and call them. Completely ignoring a potential client is appalling and unprofessional. Do better.

Best law firm! They hooked me up with a doctor who actually cared about my pain and what I had to say called and checked in daily!

This man took my money and didn't even attempt to defend me. He charged me 3k+. I still haven't seen my children, I am being forced to comply while the other part gets away with not following court orders. And after all this. He had the nerve to renounce my case. Told me he would take it back once he got back. And I haven't been called. Going on 3 years of a divorce, if he would have been any good. I would have been divorced 2 years ago. Do not hire him. Find a real lawyer. Not this great value version of one.
