I'd give a negative if I could. Was transferred to a Morgan and Morgan in Orlando. You will speak with a Case Consultant for your "free" consultation.....NOT an attorney. The case consultant cannot give "legal" advice or suggestions. They cannot help you at all, but they are the ones who decide if they will take your case or not. I'm not upset that they can't take my case. I'm upset that I called for "legal" advice and can't get it even though they advertise for a "free consultation". Save your energy people. Not for the little man. Go somewhere else.

This law firm is the worst!

They are not for the little people as said in their commercials. If you have a lower paying case they will not help you. Your accident has to be covered by corporate level insurance and the injuries severe. Think death or amputation.

Save yourself TIME and EFFORT! Veterans, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Extremely disappointed! From the advertisements on TV, they claim to FIGHT for the “Powerless and Injured”. Having served my country for 30 years, I was sent by the VA to a Pain Management doctor. Without going into any details, after four years of nothing changing. So, the VA sent me to a new doctor. That doctor looked at the images of the MRI requested by my previous Dr., and saw I had a tumor in my thoracic. The previous doctor never informed me that I had a tumor in my spine but was still, ineffectively, treating me. I have been in pain the entire time. I called Morgan and Morgan in reference to a medical malpractice suit to which they told me, “ it’s not a case we would be willing to take”. This is the second time, in as many months, they have turned down a case on my behalf. The first one was a car accident. Again, even though the other driver admitted, fault, they would not take the case. Thanks for NOT taking care of an “Injured” 100% disabled veteran, who now has to have back surgery. Also, thanks for leaving me “Powerless”. In one of your commercials, you say that you have pictures on your refrigerator of some of the people that you have help. Send me your address and I’ll send you a picture of a 100% disabled veteran, and his family, who you failed. Hang that on your fridge. And before you write your rebuttal, yes, I know you cannot discuss the particulars of the case. But everyone knows, “IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY”.

Morgan and Morgan has had my back from day one and any questions I need to ask they will answer back within minutes.I am a very questionable person and wants answers if I wanted to know anything Garrett and Dee will make sure I understood everything… And they don’t make you feel uncomfortable with nothing… Straight to the point… They are just wonderful …

i chose the wrong lawyer..Morgan and Morgan is for the money not the people. Terrible communication, the Paralegals do majority of the work and they want you the client to do the rest. They talk down to you when you ask questions or question the relevance of the information they ask for. They are completely unsympathetic to the financial strains being caused. The Dr's they sent me to were unorganized and unwilling to work with my schedule, delaying and sometimes hindering my treatment. Was told they didn't have a relationship with anyone in mental health and if i wanted to deal with my mental trauma I'd have to use my insurance or pay out of pocket. Its been almost a year and still nothing. Just a pile of bills and no answers. Please go anywhere else. I wish I had.

Never thought I'd be in need of representation, but life happened and Morgan and Morgan was the first firm that came into mind. I am disappointed beyond belief. The customer service is non existent. My case was appointed to L. Carroway and M. Marriott. All communication I received from M&M was automated, and they basically wanted me to do everything on my own and communicate with them online. Not personable what so ever. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Do yourself a favor; save your time, stress and lots of money. It's all about money and not the people.

Thank you Jose B. Case Consultant! You're kindness and empathy was just when I needed it the most. Walking through this unchartered territory with me with a sense of compassion and caring restores my faith in humanity. You're my hero! I left this review yesterday but felt compelled to add to my thoughts and thank you's. As I reflected over how we got to this point, of having to seek legal counsel, it saddened me because I have no malice in my heart for the people that have "forced my hand" in this truly unfortunate turn of events. I feel like a "little fish in a big pond" and extremely overwhelmed. Jose B., you are the 2nd person I spoke to in this process and I just wanted to say that your role with M&M was BIG to me. What you say and your "people skills" is VERY important, it was in my case anyway. If my experience with you had been bad, the facts would have never made it to the eyes of the "big fish". So point being, know your worth and know that, in my eyes, you earned my business. I felt you were genuine in how you showed me compassion and empathy which goes unnoticed and unappreciated by this fast moving world. I hope M&M knows and appreciates you because I sure do! Thanks to you again in making this difficult process, easier for me to pursue! UPDATE: Presented 2 cases to the M&M "big fish" and at first they could help me. My case was quickly approaching in court and when I called to see how it was going, he said he couldn't take it and I ended up having to represent MYSELF. Had he of been courteous enough to let me know it was a case that wouldn't be worth his time, $$ wise, I probably could've found someone else to represent me. I won my case anyway, but that's not the point. Please change the msg on recording where it says you help "us little guys" because you didn't help me with either case. My praises on Jose B. have not waivered!
