Great experience and great staff!

Cant Believe this place! Have had no cooperation with anyone at this office! No one returns your calls and its like they ignore you. I even have tried to call and set something up with you Mr Bruce but your staff has denied me on many occasions. Its either im not allowed to talk to you or your out of the office or your in a meeting. I understand your a busy man and the latter 2 are understandable. And to top it off the rehab center your office sent us to called us today and advised us your office has dropped our case and we are now responsible for the balance on the account. I have tried to remain civil in this matter for sometime now and have gotten no where with this. Could you please instruct your staff to call your clients back when a call back is needed and I do think speaking with you personally is still a great idea since I cant get anywhere else with this. If my case was dropped why wasn't I called and notified or at least emailed? Better yet whats the reason? This is the only way I have to reach you Mr Bruce as I stated before your staff wont get the messages to you that I've been trying to reach out.

My leg was broken by a deputy sheriff. I went to see Gary Bruce who during the entire time sat there and constantly yawned like he was being bothered. Upon leaving, he told me He would follow up within a couple of days. I never hear another word from him. A complete annd total schiester!

When I got in my car accident I was lost and didn’t know what to do. It was easy to panic. But Cody helped me and took my case and got me more money than I could have imagined! It really eased my mind. even though the process was long, it was done really well!

This Law Firm is by far one of the best firms to represent you if you have been hurt in an accident. Shannon, Kristen and Cody have all worked extremely hard to get me the settlement that I deserve. Every case is different. Mine's was by far a little lengthy, but with Covid and the Court's being behind it was understandable.
