Good people always nice ms.Vaughn is great always there to answer all questions all around great firm to deal with. If your not patient at all well you will become one It is a process but with ms Vaughn she made it easy to understand the process I was clueless when this started and had no idea on how it works and the process but she made it easy to understand. I rated a 4 because it seems that I was not told anything unless I called or emailed to find out things. Alexis was the only one that seemed to let me know when things were going on more regularly than the rest.
