Mrs. Sellers or Mr. Sellers (I believe she wants to be a he more than anything) was a court appointed GAL in my custody case. She did absolutely nothing for the betterment of my child’s life. Granted, she didn’t take any time away from me, she recommended for the custody situation to stay the same. We argued the fact that the father was just fired from his job for sexual harassment against multiple women. Then, fired again from his next job for lying on his application. Her argument was that “he wasn’t convicted”. What a joke and waste of money. It’s so sad how this court system works and the children that suffer because of it!!!!

Mandi completely took advantage of me when I retained her. She charged me so much money (thousands outside of the retainer) and did absolutely nothing for my case except the initial filing. I filed in 2019 and nothing was done until 2023 when I retained another lawyer that was able to get my divorce case done in a matter of months. She says she works with military but please dont get scammed by her. I had high hopes in the beginning but unfortunately this is just a money grab for her. I trusted her and she violated that trust. Be cautious when retaining her.

I hired Mandy after speaking with her about my time sensitive situation. She blew smoke and stated she’s all on board, wants to fight my case, etc. The day I paid cash for her services, her new assistant was running late and had issues with a sitter. She finally arrived with her kids in hand 20 minutes after our agreed appointment time. Their systems were not up. I had to plug in the copy machine to try and make copies of a hand written receipt for that cash I paid. I was told they’d file the paperwork that day. They did not. Come to find out they filed it a day later causing me more legal issues due to failure to notify the courts of legal representation. Her office wanted me to pay $8000 for the initial retainer. I paid $3000 cash. It was ridiculously overpriced for a business who doesn’t have proper staff and time to address anything. Over that initial 3 day period after hiring her, I repeatedly emailed, texted my concerns and on that 3rd day, she called and we spoke on the phone about my issues. She stated she never received my emails or texts, but everything was delivered. They called the wrong number and emailed the wrong address a handful of times, which I had to address. Mandy and her assistant have constant family issues and daycare issues that interfere with her ability to communicate effectively and timely. Then I felt like she was gaslighting me after I expressed my dissatisfaction with her services. Shortly after, I had a few upcoming court dates that she told me the day of she would not represent me and that I should’ve know better. Then the case I did hire her for which was about a week later, she filed a motion to withdrawal without even notifying me. I only found out while I was in court waiting for her. Her assistant emails and asks if I’m going to show up to court. That same day she gave me wrong information which is normal at this point. She tried to justify her actions by stating I have been ignoring her or that I blocked her. Due to her calling and it going to voicemail. I again explained that my phone is on DND and that regardless if it went to voicemail I’d have notifications if I missed a call, voicemail or texts. I sat in front of her while had my phone on DND and told her to call me. She refused. Then she turned off her phone and told me to call her. Which made no sense. I requested for my retainer back since she did nothing. She said she would give it back. Now, months later after calling, texting, emailing I still have yet to receive my retainer. I highly recommend a different attorney. Read her reviews and majority of the complaints are similar.

Please find somebody else if you need somebody to take your case seriously this is not the person you want to pay your 5000+ dollars to. You will be lucky if she even finishes your service because she definitely didn’t finish mines. I needed help and I did not receive it the most disappointing experience ever now I have to pay another lawyer a whole 5000+ dollars to do the job that she did not do.

Will it started out at $250 just to sit down and explain my story I asked her would it be something they handle she said yes for $4,500 + $395 filing fee after 2 months went by nothing was still done about my situation I showed up at court by myself without them she never filed any of the paperwork this is after 3200$always had excuses after they did not show up at Court they quit answering their phone then I went to their office they act like they were scared not letting me in then they acted like they wanted to get to work by then I hired another attorney they got my situation handled in 3 days keep in mind they still did not file anything you got money to throw away they will lead you on read the reviews several other people 1 all said and done all they did was waste my time and my son's time and my money they seem pretty I contacted the State bar of Georgia they said they would handle it I'm telling you don't waste your time on these folks they are a joke all they want is money
