The Law Firm website states it handles contract disputes and ligation cases when in fact it doesn't. I was told over the phone while attempting to schedule a consultation. The intent of the review is to encourage the law firm to update its website, so the general public is aware, and your law firm is not misrepresenting your services.

Attorney Kendrick is essential to the Muscogee County criminal defense team. He represents the people, and does a damn good job. Great prices and better representation‼️

If I could give this unprofessional law firm zero stars I swear I would. My first time ever using a lawyer for anything and these people have absolutely made me refuse to even attempt to find another lawyer. The lady that answers the phone never knows who I am and tells me that she doesn’t see me in their system. Then once I explained to her my case she goes to say “oh I remember that now.” Attorney Mark Casto is very unprofessional they would say they will call back the next day and they will never call you back EVER. Each time I have had to call them. He’s never available to talk nor is he ever in the office. When he finally called 1 month later he told me that he talked to the other party insurance company and they told him this and that. I informed him that the lady from the other party insurance company had just called and said that she has never spoken to him about my case. So he lied right there he never intended on contacting that insurance. So now I am without a car and stuck paying for a rental because this unprofessional attorney. If you are looking for an attorney for wrecks or personal injury DO JOT WHATSOEVER USE MARK CASTO LAW FIRM !!!! Because they may just have a lawsuit coming their way as well!
