I originally hired Mandi as my attorney in 2019 however due to constant excuses, after taking my almost 3K$ I still have yet to have my divorced finalized. Within a year I got a response from Mandi all of 3-4 times in a YEAR after I was continuously texting, calling, emailing. I sent her receipts stating I had paid to retain her as my attorney and weeks later she stated as if I had never paid her a dime. Due to her negligence, I am having to pay more money for a secondary attorney. Also, when I requested she pay me back the money I spent for her to complete my divorce however failed to, she refused and stated I “signed a document in which states all funds are non refundable”. This is completely false as her nor her staff had me sign ANY documents. If you have time and money to waste, she’s great. If you want a legal case finalized in a reasonable amount of time and an attorney who cares, I recommend looking elsewhere.

This attorney and her assistant are both extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, very organized, highly efficient and all around first-rate. Overall, I am pleased with hiring this attorney and would do so in the future if necessary.

Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Angela and Vickie were quick to answer any question or concerns I had during the process. Very good about getting me pertinent information as soon as it came to them.

My son hired and paid this lawyer to represent him on a legal matter. After all the calls and messages that were left nothing has been done.This office is not reliable!!! He has asked for the return of his money. But, she is totally ignoring him. Shame on you to take advantage of your clients!

I don’t understand these negative reviews on Mandi McDonough. My experience was amazing and she went above and beyond on my case no matter what obstacle she was dealing with.

Her office had no issue taking my money for the consult. Following that, I was not able to get a hold of her for months. The office kept taking messages and I never heard back.

Mandi will fight for what you want

She is a great lawyer. All lawyers are busy and have a full schedule, but where Mandi really showed a difference was in the care she had for me. She didn’t make me feel like a case number, rather she made me feel like a person who she cared for. She helped me in my case as quickly as possible, getting all legal proceedings done and helping me get what I wanted out of my case. Mandi is professional, but she goes beyond that to show a personal touch that a lot of other lawyers seem to lack in their practice. That is why she gets a top rating from me.

Angie provided terrible service throughout my divorce proceedings. It felt like I spent more time arguing with her than she did fighting for me. If she had fought half as hard as she billed the outcome would have been worth the money. Unfortunately that was not the case, and every lawyer/attorney I have spoken to since have been shocked by her work - or lack thereof.

Stacy helped my family with a legitimation case. She is very professional and had our best interest 100%. Jo, her assistant is kind and very helpful. Thank you both for a wonderful outcome in our case.

In my opinion she just went through the motions of my whole divorce process. Not a successful divorce in my favor.
